Jeff brings the unique perspective of over 15 years in pharmaceutical sales.
While “carrying the bag,” Jeff observed the day-to-day workings (and challenges) of medical practices across a variety of therapeutic areas including primary care, cardiology, urology, GI, allergy/ENT, optometry, ophthalmology, aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
One observation he consistently saw: How to consistently bring in new patients and keep the ones you have?
Better yet, how to attract the “perfect patient” and create raving fans?
He observed the struggles of doctors to bring in new business, leverage their existing patient population and navigate the entire “online thing.”
Jeff soon began devouring digital marketing courses, attending conferences and testing medical marketing strategies, website design, SEO and lead generation.
As a pharmaceutical sales rep, Jeff served in a variety of roles, including specialty sales, hospital representative and sales training. He completed his MBA in marketing.
Jeff served on the brand team for several major product lines, giving him insight into direct response marketing and pharmaceutical & medical marketing.
